Please be informed that if you have received your product damaged or missing a part, you have nothing to worry about, our after-sales department will send you all the missing parts to your home address completely free of charge so that you can assemble your product or replace the parts that you have received damaged. 

In this case, we would only need you to send us attached photographs of the parts you have received damaged or, in case you have not received them, the number of the part that comes in the instructions, in order to place your order for spare parts as soon as possible.
