In this case, you should check that all the connections are properly connected according to the installation instructions.

You should also check that the battery is charging correctly and that the charger light comes on when plugged into the socket.

If the charger light does not come on after 12 hours of charging, it is a problem with the battery.

If you connect the charger to the battery and the light does not go out at any time, the malfunction is in the battery.

If the charger light does not change colour, it is a battery problem.
