Dear customer,
If your electric vehicle with accelerator pedal is not working, please check the parts that may be causing the malfunction:
- The battery
- The charger
- The accelerator pedal connection cable
The battery has a malfunction when:
- When connecting the battery to the charger, the dim red light does not change to dark red, after the relevant 12h of charging.
- When connecting the battery to the charger, the red light turns directly to dark red instead of dim red.
The charger has a malfunction when:
- When connecting the charger to the socket (without connecting it to the product), the light does not come on.
If, after carrying out these checks, both the battery and the charger work correctly but the product still does not work, the problem may be caused by the accelerator pedal connection cable, which has been disconnected.
To solve this problem, simply unscrew the pedal and check that the pedal connection cable is correctly connected.
