If your order is not yet ready and has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it immediately and at no cost to you. 


If your order has already left our warehouses and is on its way to your home, you would have to refuse the delivery of the product at destination so that the delivery man can return the product to its origin, i.e. to our Injusa® facilities, in order to proceed with your refund.
